We ended up cooking 50 lbs of turkey between Thanksgiving on Thursday and a second Thanksgiving with some friends on Saturday. Needless to say, we all have some serious leftovers :) I've even made stock, and it is so good. I experimented with a few different pies (see recipes for everything on my food blog) and they were really successful.
