I've never had a broken bone. No fractures, nothing. I've never had major (or minor) surgery. I've never had general anesthesia. I think it's odd given the fact that my poor sister has broken her: ankle, arm, sternum. My brother Barry had surgery on his back to fuse vertebrae. My brother Casey has had: knee surgery on both knees, shoulder surgery, and he will have sinus surgery soon. My Mother has had: knee surgery, she broke her tailbone, three foot surgeries, and a hysterectomy. My Father has had: knee surgery twice on both knees, he's broken both knees, broke both shoulders and had surgery on both. I'm not sure how I've lived 26 years and nothing. The only thing close is epidurals during labor.

Never even put to sleep to have wisdom teeth taken out?
Nope. I was awake the whole time.
That is so funny I was thinking about the same stuff this week! I am the same way, no broken bones or surgery, never even had stitches.....well unless you include ones that come after delivering babies that turn the wrong way.
And aren't those epidurals wonderful? That's quite an accomplishment that you've never injured yourself too seriously, especially given everything your Family has gone through! Hopefully your boys will get your luck/blessings/genes. I've heard of a lot of mothers-of-boys being frequent visitors at the ER!
