The Great Cell Phone Experiment
So my cell phone got dropped yesterday onto the tiled kitchen floor. It will accept calls and make calls if I know the number but the screen is completely white. So I decided to perform an experiment. I'm going without a cell phone until the end of the month. If, come March 1, I don't feel like I NEED a cell phone then I'll cancel it. If there are too many times when I actually needed it then we'll get a new phone. Again.

Honestly, nope. Sad. But last month I changed my plan to 300 minutes a mth. in order to save us some money. We also got ourselves a Magic Jack, you really need to check that out. The MJ is hooked up to your internet via USB drive and you use a regular phone to make your free phone calls...its only 40 ish dollars a year!
I have now gone since July without a cell phone. It's hard, but possible. I accidently washed mine with my laundry...(sigh)
We don't have a landline either so I definitely couldn't go without. Good to know that you won't have your cell so I can get a hold of you. :)
