Sheri Dew

I like a lot of what Sheri Dew writes. I find it insightful and uplifting. She is fairly straightforward and will talk about things that most people get a little nervous about. My mother-in-law sent me a book by Sheri Dew entitled Saying It Like It Is. I started reading it today and several statements brought me to tears. Each page is a different thought, complete but to the point. Here is one that touched me today.

It is actually easier to motivate someone to do something difficult than something easy. That's because the status quo is uninspiring. Our spirits crave to progress, and if we aren't moving forward, we aren't happy.
