Tuesday Confessional

A family friend that has had cancer for several years is getting worse. Her liver is failing and has been told she has about 3 weeks to live. My heart goes out to her children and husband. I can't help but think about how fragile this life is. We have a duty to those around us, ourselves, and the Lord to teach, learn, and love. It makes me wonder whether or not I am doing all that I can and all that the Lord wants me to do.
