Sleeping Boys

Julian hasn't been feeling too well the last few days and so he has been having a rough time going to sleep. Yesterday he was having an especially rough time and after 30 minutes I was almost at my wits end trying to get him to sleep. Tennyson was hungry and Julian was tired and cranky so I had Julian scoot over, laid Tennyson down and snuggled them both and sang them to sleep. Julian was asleep in moments as was Tennyson. I had to capture them snuggling, it was so sweet. I love my boys. Oh the joys of being a mother. They far outweigh the moments when I am at my wits end and I am grateful for that.
