Today did not go as planned. But it's okay. I did however can 6 quarts of pinto beans. About a year ago I was taught how to make homemade refried beans by my friend Nadia. I have since become addicted and will no longer buy canned refried beans. It does help though that all these beans cost me about $4. It would have cost me at least $10 to purchase them already canned. How I love my pressure canner!
