Those who know me, pretty much at all, know I LOVE to cook. Because of this, I collect kitchen utensils. And every one gets used. Seriously. Every. Single. One. I thought I was pretty well stocked. Until I started making rustic breads more regularly (at least once a week). Then I realized that when it came to bread making, there was a WHOLE NEW WORLD of cooking utensils. I received my box of Bread Utensils yesterday. I was so excited. I feel like I need to make some bread today to use it all.
I was also surprised by my first bon appetit magazine! My friend got me a subscription and I am SO EXCITED!! Don't those brownies look amazing? If you can't read the caption it says, "Brown Butter Cocoa Walnut Brownies." Yum...
