JD got a cheese making kit for Christmas. We made homemade fresh mozzarella. It turned out well for a first time. We have a ways to go before it's perfect, but it was so much fun the first time around!
Hey Sam! My mom and her fiance have started making cheese too, so far they've done mozzarella a few times and have some colby and gouda chilling. I'm so impressed with everything you make!
