The Utah State Hospital down here in Provo has an apple orchard on their property. They have opened it up to everyone to pick apples to their hearts desire, for FREE! Needless to say, we couldn't pass up this deal so this afternoon we went and picked at least 100 lbs of apples. A few friends are coming over with their apples on Monday and we will have a canning party! Applesauce, Apple Butter, Apple Cider... Here I Come!
