Year in Review

I know it's January 2, 2010... but it's not too late to do a quick year in review... here are some of the great things we did this year.

Tennyson Pierce Anderson was born to us on March 2, 2009. He started out life at 5 lb 12 oz and 19 inches long. He is now a whopping 22 lbs 5 oz (as of 2 weeks ago) and 28.5 inches long. Today he is 10 months old.

Julian has continued to grow taller, hasn't gained much weight, but has kept us on our toes all year. He speaks really well now and can easily communicate with most people. However, he's recently taken to adding "com" before most words. For example: Comtato (Potato), Combana (Banana), Compano (Piano), Comtrol (Control). I'm not sure why he's doing this... but is cute for the moment.

I ran my first 5K on my 26th birthday and picked up running this year. I was pretty regular during the summer and have become a regular runner again in November :) My goal is to get at least 300 miles under my belt by April (I'm up to 60, but I started counting in November). We'll see how that goes!

JD also has been running pretty regularly since school started in 2007. This year he finished his second year of law school and began his third. He gradates in April 2010. He was called into the Elder's Quorum Presidency in our ward and has been working part time and going to school full time since September.

Family in September 2009

Our family has seen many changes this year and our extended family has grown significantly. We have been greatly blessed by the Lord through our friends and family. Our future (after April) is a little uncertain but we are looking forward with faith that we will not be left alone. Happy New Year! I hope that the coming year will bring you all peace, love and the time to create something beautiful.
